FAQs:
Can my client use the Actual Objects assets that I purchase in other projects?

For any party to make use of assets from Actual Objects, they will need to purchase a license. This includes your clients if they wish to work with the assets directly.

Let's say you operate a design studio. You make a purchase from Actual Objects and use your purchased items in commercial work – for example, a CD cover for a record label. If the record label wanted to take the album artwork that you created (that incorporates assets from Actual Objects) and make t-shirts, posters and other items directly, the label would need to purchase their own license for the associated assets from Actual Objects. The license you purchased cannot be transferred to the label.

If you were hired to do the CD cover, t-shirts, posters and the like and the client did not directly work with, or have access to Actual Objects assets, they would not need to purchase their own license.
